Training days are only canceled for safety due to extreme weather conditions:

Sign up for RWA's Fitness Bootcamp. We have 2, 3 and 5 day classes.
Each class is 60 mins.  RWA Bootcamps are designed to improve your
overall health. Sessions will incorporate full body strengthening &
conditioning drills, plyometrics and cardio exercises.
